Lady Arabella Stuart

Robert Peake was an English painter influenced by the brightly coloured and detailed miniatures of fellow English painter Nicholas Hilliard.

Arabella Stuart, great-great-granddaughter of Henry VII of England and cousin to James VI and I might look splendid here, but in 1615 King James imprisoned her in the Tower of London where she died of self-imposed starvation.

But is this the real Arabella or a replica?
