Molly Long-Legs with Her Jockey

Molly Long-Legs was a champion racehorse owned by Lord Bolingbroke.   The visible ribcage and muscle in this painting is an example of Stubbs’ excellent knowledge of horse anatomy.

Is this a real Stubbs or a fake?
