Llandeilo Bridge and Dynevor Castle

The Napoleonic Wars prevented artists travelling on the Continent, so Turner and others sought inspiration from the landscapes of Britain instead.  He painted this watercolour shortly after touring South Wales in 1795 and shows his obsession with light.

But is this a real Turner or a trick?
